The Australian Trade Commission selected Dr Milinda Pathiraja Senior Lecturer of the Department of Architecture who completed his PhD in the University of Melbourne as the winner of theÌý‘Australian Alumni Excellence Award 2014 for Education’.ÌýÌýThe Australian Alumni Awards, 2014 was held at the Taj Samudra Hotel, Colombo on 22nd February 2014.
Dr Milinda Pathiraja is also the recipient of Ìýthe 2011 RIBA President’s Award for Outstanding PhD Thesis for his PhD inspired by community sentiments.
