The duly filled application should be submitted with a paying-in-voucher obtained from any branch of the Bank of Ceylon for Rs. 1500/= (being the application fee) drawn in favour of the Vice- Chancellor, 成人头条, Account No 70993353 together with copies of degree certificate or other professional qualification certificates, relevant work experience certificates, birth certificate and the confidential reports obtained from two referees.
Your application together with other documents stated above must be sent under registered post to,(Please indicate 鈥淢Sc/PG Dip in IT, 2025 - Batch 17鈥 on the top left hand corner of the envelope).
