Mr. MBCM Gawarammana won the Gold Award for the Architecture category and Sangeerthan Raweendran won the Gold Award for the Interior Design category at the aforementioned competition in Malaysia. In addition, Department of Architecture won Silver award and commendations as well.
Mr. MBCM Gawarammana of听 Department of Architecture won both 鈥楾he best Design Impact Award (International level)鈥 & 鈥楪old Medal ( National level)鈥 at AYDA (Asia Young Designer Award Competition organized by NYPPON Paint for his final year Comprehensive Design Project, 2019, 鈥楥ultural and Industrial Exposure, Gem Promotional Center @ Rathnapura鈥.
Shenal Theekshana, an undergraduate of the 17th batch of the Department of Mechanical Engineering won the Speak Our for Engineering (SOfE) national rounds held online on 08th August 2020. He spoke on the topic 鈥淕reen Transportation for a Better Tomorrow鈥 sharing his experience as a member of FalconE racing team of the Department.
