Deputy Vice Chancellor of the Charles Darwin University Professor Sharon Bell visited the University of Moratuwa on July 4th 2014 and discussed certain areas of mutual importance to both Universities.
The Committee of Vice-Chancellors and Directors (CVCD) introduced in 2006 a scheme of awards called 鈥淐VCD Excellence Awards鈥 to be awarded once in two years to recognize, appreciate and honor the outstanding contributions and accomplishments in research, innovation and invention by the staff in the University system.
A team composing academics and students of the University of Wollongong (UOW) led by Dr. Brad Stappenbelt and Dr. Tom Goldfinch met the Vice Chancellor Professor Ananda Jayewardane and the team from the University of Moratuwa on July 10, 2014 at the University of Moratuwa.
