The final-year project of Maadri Pathirana and Nethmi Dissanayake titled 鈥淒evelopment of a Nanocomposite Membrane for Organic Dye Removal鈥 won the Manamperi Merit Award (Group Category), for the best engineering final year undergraduate group project carried out at a Faculty of Engineering in a Sri Lankan university in the year 2021, awarded by the Sri Lanka Association for the Advancement of Science (SLAAS). The project was supervised by Dr. Gayani K. Nandasiri, Senior Lecturer of Department of Textile and Apparel Engineering, 成人头条, Dr. Nandula Wanasekara, Head of Department/ Senior Lecturer of Department of Textile and Apparel Engineering and Prof. Boris Mahltig, Senior Lecturer, University of Niederrhein, Germany.
