Her Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in Sri Lanka Dr. (Mrs.)ÌýIndiraÌýLopezÌýArguelles, together with secretary of the embassy Mr.WilfredÌýJayasingheÌývisited the University ofÌýMoratuwaÌýon May 5, 2014. The purpose of the visit was to establish collaboration between key higher education institutes in Cuba and the University ofÌýMoratuwaÌýparticularly in areas of biotechnology, pharmaceutical bio-medical and appropriate staff and student exchange programs in view international recognition.
