A team of academics of the University ofÌýOulu, Finland led by ProfessorÌýMattiÌýLatva-Aho, Head, Department of Communication Engineering met the Vice Chancellor ProfessorÌýAnandaÌýJayewardane, University ofÌýMoratuwaÌýon 24thÌýMarch 2015 and signed a General Memorandum of Understanding for ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ Cooperation, Exchange Students, Research activities, Degree programs & etc.
Vice Chancellor of University ofÌýMoratuwaÌýProfessorÌýAnandaÌýJayawardaneÌýchaired the meeting which was attended by Deputy Vice Chancellor, some Deans of the Faculties and some heads of departments.Ìý
