A four-member team (Ushalini, Sithira, Induwara and Tharshaa) of level three undergraduates from the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ represented Sri Lanka at the ChemE-Sports Fall 2022 competition organised by Petroskills Inc. in collaboration with the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) and secured their position as 1st runners-up. The competition which was held at the ASC22 - AIChE Annual Student Conference is a process simulation challenge where students in hybrid mode (online and physical) demonstrate their talents by running a given unit operation under dynamic state conditions.
