
Applications are now open for the 4th Intake (2026) of the Master of Science in Energy for Circular Economy, a fully online, SLQF Level 10 and UGC-approved postgraduate programme jointly offered by the Open University of Sri Lanka, ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ, University of Peradeniya, and University of Ruhuna.
The programme is offered in collaboration with KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden), University of Twente (Netherlands), and CentraleSupélec (France), and is co-funded by the European Union. It focuses on developing expertise to support sustainable and circular energy systems.
The application period is open from 18 December 2025 to 3 February 2026 with an application fee of LKR 5,000. The programme is delivered fully online.

The programme has a minimum duration of two years. The programme fee is LKR 425,000 for Sri Lankan students and USD 2,500 for foreign students. Applicants must meet the entry requirements and pass a selection process.
