1) Foreign Post-doctor
The applicant should have the potential of scientific research and innovation and has been working as Post-doctor in world-renowned universities or institutions for no less than 2 years. The applicants should have published high-level academic papers in internation renowned periodicals or have high quality scientific research results. The age of the applicant is under 40（born after Jan.1 1983）, and is now working beyond China or come to China after Jan.1 2022.
2) Foreign PhD
The applicant's doctoral degree should belong to the recognized world-class discipline or the applicant's supervisor is the recognized world first-rate scholar. The applicant should have the potential of scientific research and innovation.
The age of the applicant is under 35（born after Jan.1 1988）, and is now working beyond China or come to China after Jan.1 2022.
The Deadline of the application is March 27, 2023.
