Chanupa Hansaja Vithanage and Geeganage Senuja Dilmith from Batch 23 of the Department of Electrical Engineering at the ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ were part of Team GMora, which secured the 1st Runner-Up position at the Cosmotron Rover Simulation Competition.
The competition was held alongside the Rextro Exhibition, organized by the University of Ruhuna and SEDS Ruhuna. Team GMora developed a deterministic rover system featuring autonomous navigation, intelligent perception, a modular finite state machine architecture, and a 6-wheel rocker-bogie suspension system.
This achievement showcases the technical excellence and innovative capabilities of Batch 23, bringing pride to the Department of Electrical Engineering.
