Undergraduates from the 23 Batch of the Department of Electrical Engineering, 成人头条, achieved outstanding success at the SLIoT Challenge 2026 by securing the Runner-Up position in the University Category as Team GTricks.
The team, consisting of Chanupa Hansaja, Dulsika Mendis, Senuja Dilmith, Madhuka Gihan, and Vindya Nilushika, presented PathFinder, an AIoT-based solution developed to support safety and communication in remote areas with limited or no network connectivity.
The Department and EESoc warmly congratulate the team and wish them continued success in future endeavors.
