An introductory session for the beginners, to get familiar with the transient simulation using PSCAD/EMTDC
For the purpose of organizing a parallel event to the PES Day, 2022 celebration under the theme of 鈥減owering a sustainable future鈥 and as well as starting the new year 2022, unforgettably, the IEEE Power and Energy Society Student Branch Chapter of the 成人头条 has organized its first-ever multinational collaborative event in collaboration with the IEEE Power and Energy Society Student Branch Chapter of the college of engineering Attingal. It was a webinar on the introduction to transient simulation.
This was an introductory session for beginners who wish to use transient simulation platform, PSCAD/EMTDC. Eng. Manuja Gunawardana, lecturer, Department of Electrical Engineering, 成人头条 was the resource person for the event conducted on 30th April 2022. Eng. Manuja Gunawardana made sure to cover all the fundamentals along with basic theories while explaining them through simple and descriptive examples. The demographics proved that it was a great opportunity for all the enthusiasm to get familiar with the transient simulation.
