Earth Resources Engineering Society of Department of Earth Resources Engineering organized a Multi-religious event that addresses all ethnic groups in order to develop respect, empathy and bonding among students on 20th and 21st December 2019.
On 20th December 2019, the event was started with an insightful sermon of Professor Agalakada Srisumana Thero about 鈥淧arents鈥 which was followed by alms giving to 15 monks on the following day. Further, Priest of Methodist Church, Moratumulla made a sermon about 鈥淧eace鈥 and rituals related to Hindu culture was also done.
