Following are the required documents for a student verification.
- Request of the company / organization
- Copies of original transcript / Degree Certificate
- Any document as a proof for the paymentÌý(if it is a payment voucher, the name of the student should be indicated in the receipt) ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý
All the required documents should be sent to the following email address with a copy toÌýsar-exams@uom.lk.

Note : If the payment is made as a cash deposit within Sri Lanka, verification charges of Rs. 1500/= and the postal charges of Rs. 40/= will be applied.
