🎓 Services Provided to Students

  • Coordinating Mahapola and other Scholarship Programmes
  • Selecting and facilitating Bursary Payments
  • Managing Canteens and Hostel Facilities
  • Supporting formation of Student Unions, Clubs, and Societies
  • Facilitating approvals for student events
  • Issuing documents for railway/bus concessionary season tickets
  • Coordinating “Sisu Seriya” bus services
  • Issuing studentship confirmation letters, progress reports, and laptop loan recommendations
  • Conducting annual surveys on nearby boarding places and sharing details with students

🧑‍Services Provided to Staff

  • Handling Agrahara Insurance Scheme for university staff
  • Coordinating medical check-up applications with relevant hospitals
  • Facilitating financial assistance during distress situations or accidents
  • Managing canteen facilities for staff
  • Facilitating donations/gifts from the Vice-Chancellor’s Fund(retirement or death in service)
  • Supporting staff union requests for sales promotions
