- Coordinating Mahapola and other Scholarship Programmes
- Selecting and facilitating Bursary Payments
- Managing Canteens and Hostel Facilities
- Supporting formation of Student Unions, Clubs, and Societies
- Facilitating approvals for student events
- Issuing documents for railway/bus concessionary season tickets
- Coordinating “Sisu Seriya” bus services
- Issuing studentship confirmation letters, progress reports, and laptop loan recommendations
- Conducting annual surveys on nearby boarding places and sharing details with students
🧑Services Provided to Staff
- Handling Agrahara Insurance Scheme for university staff
- Coordinating medical check-up applications with relevant hospitals
- Facilitating financial assistance during distress situations or accidents
- Managing canteen facilities for staff
- Facilitating donations/gifts from the Vice-Chancellor’s Fund(retirement or death in service)
- Supporting staff union requests for sales promotions
